By placing an Order on the Site, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to these Terms.

1. Placing an Order: You can place an Order by selecting the desired Goods and completing the checkout process. You must provide accurate and complete information, including your name, address, payment details, and any other required information.

2. Order Confirmation: After submitting your Order, you will receive an email confirming receipt of your Order. This email does not constitute acceptance of your Order. We reserve the right to accept or decline your Order for any reason.

3. Pricing and Availability: All prices are in Australian dollars (AUD) and include GST unless stated otherwise. Prices are subject to change without notice, and we will notify you of any changes prior to processing your Order.

Payment must be made at the time of placing an Order. We accept various payment methods, including credit/debit cards and other payment platforms as specified on the Site. You represent and warrant that you are authorized to use the payment method you choose.

1. Delivery: We aim to dispatch your Order within 5 - 7 days, but delivery times may vary based on your location. Standard shipping within Australia typically takes 5 - 7 days.

2. Delivery of physical Goods outside of Australia may take: Between 7 - 21 days of delivey

3. Shipping Costs: Shipping costs will be calculated at checkout based on your location and the delivery option selected.

4. Shipping Address: Please ensure that the shipping address provided during the checkout process is accurate and complete. We are not responsible for any delays or issues caused by incorrect or incomplete shipping addresses.

5. Free shipping: we offer a free shipping for orders over $100 AUD, excluding GST.

6. Risk of Loss: All risk in the Goods passes to you upon delivery. We are not responsible for any loss or damage to Goods once they have been delivered.

1. Change of Mind: You may return Goods for a refund or exchange within 30 days from the date delivered, provided the Goods are unused, in original packaging, and with all tags attached.

2. Faulty Goods: If you receive faulty or damaged Goods, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your Order. We will arrange for the return of the faulty Goods and provide a replacement or refund as appropriate.

3. Return Process: To initiate a return, please contact our customer service at customerservice@modelland.com.au You will be required to provide your Order number and reason for the return.

4. Refunds: Once we receive the returned Goods and verify their condition, we will process the refund to your original payment method. Please note that shipping costs are non-refundable.

5. Sale Items: Sale items are final and cannot be returned or exchanged.

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Northern Territory, Australia. You submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in the Northern Territory.

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting on the Site. Your continued use of the Site after any changes signifies your acceptance of the new Terms.
